Negative values spin the other way. Zero holds it still. Segment count is the shared Segments slider above.

Spectrum / Window Range
Narrow this to sample only part of the range — e.g. Bars 0.00–0.30 for bass-only bars, or a tight Scope window for a slower, more mellow trace.

Scope
Turn up Fill if you're multiplying this over a video/logo — a thin line leaves most of the frame black. Fill lights the whole area between the trace and centre.

Numbers
A grid of live LED-style digit readouts, one per frequency bin across the Range above. Genuine shader output — it picks up Bloom/Chromatic Aberration/grain like every other pattern. Density and size come from the shared Segments/Scale controls above.

Over = sits on top of the visualiser. Under = the visualiser's dark areas reveal it beneath. Black Backdrop fills the area outside the video frame with black instead of showing the pattern through.
Channel 2
An independent overlay — e.g. a logo clip on top of Channel 1, rather than replacing it. Picks from the library above.

Channel 3 (webcam)
A dedicated live camera channel, independent of Channels 1/2 — connecting a webcam here never touches whatever clips they have loaded. Needs HTTPS and the browser's camera permission.

Gravity pulls streams toward the ring radius. Orbit Speed is how fast they circle it. Chaos roughs up the motion so it feels alive rather than perfectly mechanical. Reacts to your Reactivity mapping below — by default a treble hit briefly tightens and jitters the ring, like it's reacting to the hit.

FX
Flips the whole final image — dark backgrounds become light, and vice versa. Useful for previewing how a white/light-background look would read on the same projection.

Reactive Particles
A particle layer that spawns from whichever pattern is currently active — fiber nodes, raindrops, boid positions, or bamboo stalks — independent of the Logo particle field above.
Smoke/Ink billows and softens rather than glowing like the other shapes — normal alpha blending, not additive. It reads best with lower Speed, a longer Lifespan (2-4s) so it has time to expand, and a larger Size than you'd use for the other shapes.

When on, particles launch in the direction the emitter (fiber node, rain drop, boid, bamboo stalk) is moving, giving a velocity/wake trail. Jitter still controls how tightly they hug that direction.
Frequency Response
Smoke
An independent smoke emitter — works with any pattern active, or none. Unlike Reactive Particles, it doesn't spawn from the pattern's own geometry; you set where it comes from and which way it drifts.

▶ Playback
Save the current text setup to a pad from the Perform tab to trigger it live.
Saves both lines' fonts, colours, animation styles and timing as a named preset.
Saves your entire pad setup — every Visual, Typography, and Video pad, plus Scenes — as one named gig setup, so you can switch your whole rig between shows.
Visual Pads
T Typography Pads
Video Pads
Scenes (visual + text + video, linked)
Play mode: tap a pad to trigger it. Edit Mode: tap a pad to save your current visual, text, or video setup there (blank name clears it). A video pad saves whichever clip is currently loaded in Video Layer plus its mix/position — load or pick a clip there first, then save it to a pad. Scene pads capture whichever visual, text, and video pad you last triggered or saved — set them up, then save a scene to fire all three together. Hold the Intensify pad (or press "I", or map it to a MIDI note in the MIDI tab) to ramp everything up while it's held.
MIDI not connected
Pads (auto-mapped)
Once a device is connected, notes 36–51 trigger Visual Pads 1–16, notes 52–67 trigger Typography Pads 1–16, notes 68–75 trigger Video Pads 1–8, and notes 76–83 trigger Scene Pads 1–8 (standard 4×4 grid-controller layout, e.g. Launchpad Mini / APC Mini). Play mode only — Edit Mode still needs a tap.
Intensify
Bind a note (press = on, release = off) or a CC/expression pedal (above half = held) to the Intensify button.
Macro Knobs (CC Learn)
Click Learn, then move a knob or fader on your controller to bind its CC to that control.
